By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Skegness, had much fun and met extremely helpful staff from the housekeeping staff to the manager. It had an ideal location right by the establishment and the beach and the pier. There was Harvey's Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed.

Well-maintained hotel with competent staff from the housekeeping staff to the manager, appreciated our staying. We had the double room which was beautifully decorated in the book in bedroom. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Our accommodation was set in a central location very close to the establishment, the shops and beach, and fantasy island.

We do loved it because of food and staff. Walking distance to the fantastic beach. Tiny bedroom, lovely bed. There also was small parking and brilliant pool.
The sea facing hotel was old-fashioned. Modern rooms with elegant design. Easy check-out was useful. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Skegness.

It deserves its 2 stars. Reasonable price and loyal staff. We would like to highlight maid and room service. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Steak n stuff, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel.
